I do Free Hug Fridays because I just love spreading the love. I love love, and it’s scientifically proven that hugs make you happier. I just like to share hugs with everyone. St. Olaf needs Free Hug Friday because sometimes you just need things to distract you from the difficult things happening in the world. Classes are hard and studying sucks, but hugs are good and they make it so you’re not facing things alone. ”
